East Coast Trip: Day 9
Before we could leave NYC we had to visit Carnegie Deli for a deliciously Kosher bagel ~ Doug's favorite, and some scrumptious cheese cake! Mmmmmm...
Most of the day was spent driving north through New York state. I think the New York state countryside is beautiful.
Jaren & Michelle managed to get some napping in between my pointing out old red barns and black and white spotted Dutch cows. : ) Much of the eastern part of the State of New York was settled by the Dutch who brought their sturdy and productive milk cows. And they, the Dutch and the cows, are still there today.
